1. Acceptance

2. Services Description

Portal Cedar Field Co., Ltd. provides offline wallet inventory documentation, annual ledger reviews, and heir documentation planning sessions. We do not custody cryptocurrency, execute transactions, provide investment advice, or manage portfolios.

3. Appointments and Engagements

Session dates are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Clients must provide accurate information in pre-session questionnaires. We reserve the right to decline engagements where requested activities fall outside our scope or raise legal concerns.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients maintain sole control of private keys, seed phrases, and wallet passwords. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide during sessions. Clients must not ask our staff to store, copy, or transmit recovery secrets.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, ledger templates, and session materials are owned by Portal Cedar Field Co., Ltd. Clients receive personal-use copies of documents prepared specifically for them. Reproduction for commercial distribution requires written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Portal Cedar Field Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including loss of access to cryptocurrency holdings resulting from client actions outside our documented scope.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat session content as confidential and describe our data handling in the Privacy Policy. Clients may request destruction of any copies we hold after document delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
