Cold Storage Inventory Session
A structured half-day session to catalogue every offline wallet, hardware device, and paper backup in your possession.
Who This Session Serves
Conservative holders who have accumulated hardware wallets, paper seed backups, or metal recovery plates over several years — and realise no single document describes what they own, where it sits, or when it was last verified.
This session is for you if you buy and hold rather than trade, if your holdings span multiple devices acquired at different times, or if family members would struggle to locate your backups in an emergency.
What We Document Together
During the session, we walk through each storage location and device you choose to disclose. We record:
- Device type, purchase or setup date, and approximate allocation purpose
- Physical location (home safe, bank deposit box, secondary residence)
- Backup method (paper, metal plate, encrypted file on air-gapped machine)
- Last successful access or balance verification date
- Recovery contact preferences and heir visibility settings
We never request seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords. Verification means confirming you can access a device — not sharing its secrets with us.
What You Receive
Within five business days, you receive a bound inventory ledger (printed and PDF) written in plain Korean or English. The document includes a verification checklist for quarterly self-audits and a section for noting future acquisitions or device retirements.
What Is Excluded
This session does not include tax reporting, investment recommendations, wallet setup, or fund transfers. We document what exists; we do not move assets or advise on allocation changes.
Preparation
Gather all hardware wallets and backup materials in one private room before the session. Block four uninterrupted hours. If meeting remotely, ensure stable video and a quiet environment where you can show (but not read aloud) device labels and storage locations.
Next Step
Request this session through our contact form. We will confirm availability and send a pre-session questionnaire about the number of devices and storage locations involved.
