A yearly check-in to update your inventory, confirm backup integrity, and note any changes to storage arrangements.
Purpose
Holdings change slowly but storage arrangements change faster than people expect — a move to a new apartment, a safe deposit box renewal, a hardware wallet firmware update, or a family member who now knows about a backup location.
The annual review updates your existing ledger from a prior inventory session or brings an externally maintained record up to our standard format.
Session Flow
We compare your current situation against the last documented state. You note additions, retirements, location changes, and verification dates. We identify gaps — a device with no recent check, a backup whose storage envelope has degraded, a heir contact who moved abroad.
The updated ledger is delivered within three business days.
Prerequisites
Clients should either have completed a Cold Storage Inventory Session with us or provide an existing written record for review. Without a baseline document, we recommend starting with the full inventory session.
