What Clients Say
"I held Bitcoin on a Trezor from 2016 and added a Ledger in 2021, plus a paper backup in my office safe. Kim walked me through each piece without ever asking to see the seed. The ledger he prepared lists locations by room, not by key — exactly what my wife needed."
"The heir document session was emotionally difficult but necessary. Lee helped me write instructions my daughter could follow without exposing phrases prematurely. I would have liked more time to discuss international estate law, which falls outside their scope — but they were clear about that upfront."
"Annual reviews keep me honest. I verify each device quarterly using the checklist they built, and the two-hour update catches things I would forget — like the firmware upgrade I did last March that changed my backup procedure."
"Remote session worked well despite my initial preference for in-person. The only friction was my slow internet during the backup envelope review — not their fault, but worth noting if you are outside a major city."
Extended Account: Rebuilding After a Flood
In 2023, a client in Iksan contacted us after a basement flood damaged storage boxes — though their hardware wallets in an upstairs safe were unaffected. Their paper backup in the basement, however, was partially water-damaged.
They arrived with three devices, one compromised paper backup, and no written inventory. Over a full-day session, we documented current holdings, flagged the damaged backup for replacement, and produced both an inventory ledger and an interim heir notice explaining which backup required regeneration.
Six months later, the client returned for heir documentation once a new metal backup plate was engraved and stored separately. The case reinforced our view that location records matter as much as key security — a lesson we now share in our Journal.
