How We Use Information
We use collected data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver recordkeeping sessions, produce client documents, process payments, and improve website content. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance (session engagements), legitimate interests (responding to inquiries and maintaining business records), and consent (non-essential cookies and optional marketing communications if ever offered).

Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a session is booked, in which case records follow our client retention schedule of seven years after last engagement for legal and accounting purposes. Cookie consent choices persist in your browser localStorage until cleared.

Our primary systems operate in the Republic of Korea. If we use service providers outside Korea, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean data protection requirements.

Under applicable Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at contact@portalcedarfield.click. We respond within thirty days.
