Rates & Pricing
Session fees, retainer options, and factors that affect quotes for offline wallet recordkeeping engagements.
Session Fees
Our pricing reflects the time, preparation, and document production involved in each engagement. All fees are in Korean Won and cover the session itself plus document delivery.
| Session | Duration | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Cold Storage Inventory Session | Half day (4 hours) | ₩480,000 |
| Heir Documentation Planning | 3 hours | ₩360,000 |
| Annual Preservation Ledger Review | 2 hours | ₩220,000/year |
Fees include one printed ledger copy and a password-protected PDF. Additional printed copies are ₩35,000 each.
Remote Session Adjustment
Video sessions for inventory work carry a ₩40,000 reduction from the in-person fee, reflecting the absence of travel logistics on our side. Heir documentation planning is recommended in-person; remote options are available at the listed fee without reduction.
Quote-Based Additions
Some situations require scoping before we confirm a fee:
- Large holdings inventory — More than eight distinct devices or storage locations may extend the session to a full day. Full-day inventory: from ₩780,000.
- Multi-party heir sessions — When spouses, adult children, or executors attend together, we add ₩80,000 per additional participant beyond two.
- Expedited delivery — Ledger delivery within 48 hours instead of five business days: ₩60,000 supplement.
Request a quote through our contact form with an approximate device count and storage location number.
Payment
Session fees are due before the session date. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. A 30% deposit holds your appointment; the balance is due 48 hours before the session.
What Fees Do Not Cover
Third-party costs such as bank deposit box rental, hardware wallet purchase, notarisation of heir documents, or legal review by your attorney are separate and paid directly to those providers.
Cancellation
See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms, rescheduling windows, and deposit handling.
